Dr. Tassanai Jaruwattanaphan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University in Thailand. His research interests include horticulture crop genetic resources, plant systematics, plant conservation, pteridophyte, and tropical plant species. He is actively working to further the research base for indigenous crops to ensure their sustainable utilization and conservation. In addition to molecular and systematic research, Dr. Jaruwattanaphan also studies the intricate relationship between plants and human well-being.
