Chun-Nien Liu received the B.S. degree in physics from the National Changhua University of Education, Changhua, Taiwan, and the M.S. degree from the Department of Photonics, National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2010, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Photonics. His research interests include fabrication and applications of rare-earth crystal fiber. He is a Student Member of the Optical Society of America.
